We want you to be tickled pink by your pickles. If something’s off with your order, we’re here to help. Here’s the dill on returns and exchanges:

🧂 What’s Eligible

  • Damaged or defective items? Snap a photo and send it our way within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

  • Wrong item? Oops, that’s on us. Let us know within 7 days and we’ll send the correct one—no return needed.

  • In-house handmade items (like party bundles or personalized prints) may be eligible for exchange or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

🥒 What’s Not Eligible

  • Print-on-demand items (tees, totes, mugs) are made to order and final sale, unless damaged or incorrect.

  • Buyer's remorse (wrong size, color preference, etc.) is not covered. Please double-check size guides before ordering.

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos of the issue

  3. A brief explanation

We’ll review and get back to you within 2 business days. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund (your choice) and give you any return instructions if needed.

Our products are packed with briny goodness and shipped with care. Here’s what to expect:

  • Most items ship within 2–5 business days.

  • Some in-house items (like custom party bundles) may take a little longer. If there’s a delay, we’ll email you faster than you can say “dill-icious.”

📦 Delivery Estimates

  • U.S. Orders: Arrive in about 5–10 business days after processing.

  • International Orders: Timing varies, but we’ll provide tracking as soon as it ships.

Please note: delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order leaves our brinery, it’s in the hands of the carrier.
